Who We Are
Rio Real Residences & Living was founded by Louise Brace and Charlotte Lindberg — two women who have lived in Marbella for over twenty-two years, raised their children here, and know this corner of the Costa del Sol better than anyone selling property in it.
We met when our children started school together at the age of three. We've been friends since, have worked together in real estate, and both live in Lomas de Pozuelo, in the heart of the area we specialise in.
Louise has spent her career in digital marketing and holiday rentals, with years of experience as a buyer's agent in Andalucia and working for some of the coast's leading real estate companies.
She brings a deep understanding of how to market property — not just list it — and how to position homes for maximum visibility across search engines and AI platforms.

Charlotte has over a decade of experience working for the coast's leading real estate brands. She knows the market, the prices, the stock and the people.
Her relationships with local owners and sellers run deep, and her ability to match buyers with the right property — often before it reaches the open market — is what sets her apart.
Charlotte works across English, Spanish and Swedish, and brings a particularly strong network among Scandinavian buyers and sellers on the coast.
