Rio Real Residences & Living was founded by Louise Brace and Charlotte Grundberg — two women who have lived in Marbella for over twenty-two years, raised their children here, and know this corner of the Costa del Sol better than anyone selling property in it.
Between us we bring something no large agency can offer: genuine local knowledge, long-standing personal relationships with owners and sellers, and a combined expertise that covers every side of the transaction.
